Battle Ready Bodywork

Integrative massage therapy for America’s military service members

Angel Yaklin, LMBT

Angel Yaklin

Founder of Battle Ready Bodywork, Angel is a therapist who has dedicated her career to bridging the gap in holistic health care for military personnel. Her focus is on Central Nervous System regulation, believing that the nervous system holds the key to the body’s incredible capacity for healing and that periods of high stress should be balanced with periods of Non-Sleep Deep Rest. Her massages rely heavily on good music and immaculate vibes to leave you feeling transported, less anxious, and more connected to the universal flow of consciousness.

Her passion is in working with trauma. With foundational knowledge of Polyvagal Theory, deep admiration for the work of Peter Levine, the majority of her continuing education in Somatic Psychology and Trauma-Informed Care, and faith in the healing power of community, Angel has created a space within her practice to walk alongside those who are on a spiritual journey of healing following traumatic events.
