If you’re looking for a therapeutic full-body massage, 60 minutes is more than sufficient for those who are 5’5” and shorter (but not quite enough time for anyone else). It is possible to treat larger people in 60 minutes, but your session may be focused on a few adjacent areas rather than full-body. Hot stones, aromatherapy, cupping, and scraping are included in this price.
90 Minutes
$150 (CASH PRICE: $130)
Ninety minutes is about how long it takes for a customized full-body massage. It allows me to take the time to thoroughly assess, warm, and treat each area. This is the most popular and most fitting option for the majority of BRB clients. Start here, and, if you feel you need a longer or shorter session, choose 60 or 120 minutes at your next appointment. Hot stones, aromatherapy, cupping, and scraping are included in this price.
Ashiatsu
$170 (CASH PRICE: $150)
For dense muscles with deep pain, nothing hits the spot like Ashi. This is a barefoot style of massage that uses the broad surface of the foot as well as the full weight of my body to deliver deep, sustained pressure. Perfect for chronic back pain, tight hips/glutes, hamstrings, and IT band issues. You must weigh at least 150lbs for this service.
120 Minutes
$190 (CASH PRICE: $170)
Perfect for clients who want thorough full-body work as well as extra focus and attention on troublesome areas. 2 hours is also the recommended standard for people 6’1” and taller. Hot stones, aromatherapy, cupping, and scraping are included in this price.

Lymphatic Drainage

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a specific technique used to treat edema, post-surgical swelling, or to improve the circulation of blood and lymphatic fluid throughout the body. I use medically sound techniques focused on the clearing of major lymph nodes in a rhythmic, centripetal fashion. Session time is 30 minutes.
Photobiomodulation

Photobiomodulation Therapy is a type of red light therapy that employs higher frequency, coherent laser using a Class 3B device equipped with laser diode versus the typical LED used in most commercially available applications.
